Puppy Pricing, Deposits, and Policies

We want families to understand the cost, reservation process, pickup options, and what comes with a Prairie & Pine puppy before making a commitment.

Our Dogue de Bordeaux puppies are priced from $3,000 to $4,500, depending on the individual puppy. Approved families reserve an available puppy with a signed contract and a 20% deposit.

Families may pick up their puppy directly from Breinn and Paul in Colstrip, Montana.

  • Meeting in Denver, Colorado
  • Breeder travel within 500 miles of Colstrip for an agreed fee paid by the buyer

Pickup and transportation arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance. Any applicable travel or transportation expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not confirm travel plans until the family has been approved and the puppy has been reserved.

APPLICATION & APPROVAL

How Does the Puppy Selection Process Work?

We care deeply about where each puppy is placed. Prospective families complete a puppy application and speak with Breinn and Paul so we can learn about their household, dog experience, lifestyle, and readiness for a Dogue de Bordeaux.

Approved families may then discuss the available puppies and select a puppy that has not already been reserved.

The reservation process is completed when:

  1. The family has been approved.
  2. An available puppy has been selected.
  3. The puppy contract has been signed.
  4. The required 20% deposit has been received.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, puppy selection, or placement.

PUPPY CONTRACT

What Is Covered in the Written Puppy Contract?

The puppy contract records the agreed purchase price, deposit, remaining balance, puppy information, pickup arrangements, and responsibilities discussed with the approved family.

The signed contract is the controlling agreement between Prairie & Pine Canines™ and the buyer. Information on this website is intended to provide a general overview and does not replace the final written contract.
